Lalièvre Lands has just obtained the certificate of conformity for the environmental characterization study of a 196-acre parcel in Val-des-Monts on Chêne rouge Road. Following this milestone, the society will submit the 4th (final) version of its subdivision project to the planning department and the company is confident that it will be able to obtain the final approval of the Red Oaks project in the next few weeks.
