The client agrees to comply with them and to ensure that all persons accompanying them comply with them at all times.

These Terms and Conditions are intended to ensure safe, responsible, and respectful use of the premises, to preserve the natural environment, and to promote harmonious coexistence among users.

1. Nature of the Reservation

The reservation grants the client a temporary, personal, revocable, and limited right to occupy a rustic campsite for the duration of the reserved stay.

The reservation does not constitute a residential, commercial, or emphyteutic lease, nor does it create any real right, servitude, permanent occupancy right, exclusive right to the land, or right of access beyond the expressly reserved period.

The client acknowledges that the campsites are located in a natural environment, in a rustic, non-urban, and not fully developed setting. The experience offered requires increased autonomy on the part of users, as well as acceptance of the particular characteristics associated with a forested, natural, and potentially remote site.

Unless otherwise indicated, the campsites are offered without municipal services, without electricity, without drinking water, without sewer service, without constant supervision, and without any guarantee of cellular coverage.

2. Identification of the Responsible Client

The person making the reservation acts as the reservation holder and the person responsible for the group. This person must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

The reservation holder is responsible for their own conduct, as well as the conduct of the members of their group, authorized visitors, children, animals, and any person present on the site in connection with their reservation.

The reservation holder agrees to share these Terms and Conditions with all persons accompanying them and to ensure that they are respected throughout the stay.

The reservation holder remains responsible for any breach, damage, cost, loss, intervention, or consequence arising from the conduct of their group, authorized visitors, or animals.

3. Authorized Occupants and Visitors

Only persons registered or declared in the reservation are authorized to occupy the campsite and access the site.

The number of persons authorized per campsite is limited to the number indicated at the time of reservation or to the maximum determined by the Operator for the campsite concerned.

Visitors who are not registered in the reservation are not authorized, unless prior approval has been obtained from the Operator. Any person admitted to the site remains under the responsibility of the reservation holder.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse access to any person who is undeclared, unauthorized, displaying inappropriate behaviour, or failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

During quiet hours, only persons registered in the reservation may be present on the campsite.

4. Arrival and Departure

The client must report to the Operator, upon arrival or within a reasonable time, any damage, breakage, anomaly, dangerous situation, or unusual condition observed on the campsite. Failing such notice, the campsite shall be presumed to have been received in acceptable condition and suitable for its intended use.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise indicated by the Operator.

The client must respect the check-in and check-out times in order to allow proper management of the campsites.

Any early arrival, late departure, or occupancy outside the scheduled periods must be authorized in advance by the Operator.

Upon departure, the client must fully vacate the campsite, remove all belongings, waste, equipment, temporary installations, and personal effects, and leave the site in a clean, safe condition consistent with its initial state.

5. Payment

The reservation is payable in full at the time it is made, unless otherwise indicated.

The reservation is confirmed only once payment has been received and accepted by the Operator or by the reservation platform used.

The Operator reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which payment is incomplete, refused, disputed, or not received within the required timeframe.

6. Security Deposit, Damages, and Restoration Costs

No security deposit is systematically required at the time of reservation, unless otherwise indicated by the Operator.

However, the Operator reserves the right to require a security deposit for certain reservations, certain campsites, certain groups, extended stays, certain periods, the presence of animals, or any situation presenting an increased risk of damage, excessive cleaning, non-compliance with the rules, or special intervention.

When a security deposit is required, it may be retained, in whole or in part, to cover, among other things, damages, cleaning costs, intervention costs, restoration costs, management fees, or any other loss arising from the stay. If the damages, costs, or losses exceed the amount of the security deposit, the Operator reserves the right to claim the balance from the reservation holder.

The fact that no security deposit is required in no way limits the responsibility of the reservation holder.

The reservation holder remains fully responsible for any damage, loss, breakage, excessive cleaning, waste left on site, intervention, towing, restoration, repair, replacement, or additional costs arising from their stay, from the stay of the members of their group, authorized visitors, or animals.

The Operator reserves the right to claim from the reservation holder all reasonable costs incurred or required to correct a situation arising, among other things, from:

damage caused to the site, roads, trees, shorelines, equipment, installations, signage, or property of the Operator;

waste, materials, equipment, or personal effects left on site;

excessive cleaning of the campsite;

non-compliant use of the site;

driving or parking outside authorized areas;

a fire made in a non-compliant, negligent, or dangerous manner;

behaviour requiring intervention by the Operator, a representative, a contractor, a towing service, emergency services, or authorities;

any other breach of these General Terms and Conditions.

The costs claimed may include labour, travel, cleaning, collection, disposal, repair, replacement, restoration, intervention, towing, and reasonable administrative costs related to the management of the file.

Where possible, these costs may be charged through the reservation platform, the payment method used at the time of reservation, or any other payment method accepted by the Operator.

The Operator may provide the client with a brief description of the situation, photographs, an invoice, an estimate, or any other reasonable element supporting the costs claimed.

If the damages, costs, or losses exceed the amount that can be collected through the reservation platform, the security deposit, or the payment method used, the Operator reserves the right to claim the balance directly from the reservation holder.

7. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Any request for modification or cancellation must be sent to the Operator before the scheduled arrival date, according to the terms indicated at the time of reservation.

The following conditions apply:

Cancellation 21 Days or More Before the Arrival Date

Any cancellation made 21 days or more before the arrival date entitles the client to a refund of 100% of the cost of the stay, excluding reservation fees, which are non-refundable.

Cancellation 11 to 20 Days Before the Arrival Date

Any cancellation made 11 to 20 days before the arrival date entitles the client to a refund of 50% of the cost of the stay, excluding reservation fees, which are non-refundable.

Cancellation 10 Days or Less Before the Arrival Date

Any cancellation made 10 days or less before the arrival date does not entitle the client to any refund.

No-Show

In the event of a no-show within 24 hours following the scheduled arrival date, without prior notice, the reservation is considered cancelled. The campsite may then be rented again without refund or compensation.

Early Departure

No refund, credit, postponement, or compensation shall be granted in the event of early departure, shortened stay, or partial non-use of the campsite, unless otherwise decided by the Operator.

8. Weather and Environmental Conditions

The client acknowledges that the site is located in a natural environment and that weather and environmental conditions may change rapidly.

Rain, wind, cold, heat, insects, mud, humidity, dust, variations in water levels, branches, trees, leaves, animals, natural sounds, natural odours, uneven roads, and other phenomena typical of a forest environment are an integral part of the rustic camping experience.

No refund, credit, postponement, or compensation shall be granted due to unfavourable weather conditions, natural phenomena, insects, variations in water levels, the natural condition of the terrain, or discomfort related to the environment, except in the event of a mandatory closure of the site imposed by a competent authority or decided by the Operator for safety reasons.

It is the client’s responsibility to prepare adequately according to weather forecasts, ground conditions, the season, the relative remoteness of the site, and the planned activities.

In the event of conditions presenting a safety risk, the Operator reserves the right to restrict certain activities, limit access to certain areas, modify applicable instructions, or require users to leave if the situation warrants it.

9. Site Access

Access to the site is reserved exclusively for persons holding a valid reservation and for visitors expressly authorized by the Operator.

Access procedures, including instructions, directions, codes, roads, or specific rules, are provided before arrival or according to the terms established by the Operator. This information must be used confidentially and responsibly.

The client must use only designated roads, accesses, parking areas, and zones. No travel outside designated routes is authorized.

Access may be limited, modified, or temporarily restricted depending on weather conditions, ground conditions, work, forestry activities, fire risks, emergency situations, or any other circumstance deemed relevant by the Operator.

The client acknowledges that roads may be unpaved, narrow, uneven, muddy, snowy, icy, dusty, or otherwise affected by natural conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is suitable for the access conditions.

Subject to the limits provided by applicable laws, the Operator shall not be held responsible for access difficulties, delays, vehicle damage, vehicles becoming stuck, towing, flat tires, mechanical breakdowns, or other inconveniences related to the condition of the roads, natural conditions, or the use of an unsuitable vehicle.

The client must keep a valid proof of reservation for the entire duration of the stay. Upon arrival, the client must place a printed copy or visible proof of reservation on the dashboard of their vehicle, so that the authorized vehicle can be identified by the Operator or its representatives.

This proof must remain visible when the vehicle is parked on the site or in designated areas. The Operator may require the relocation, verification, or removal of any vehicle that is unidentified, unauthorized, improperly parked, or not associated with a valid reservation.

10. Parking and Traffic

Each campsite allows parking for one vehicle, unless otherwise indicated.

Vehicles must travel slowly, cautiously, and only on identified roads. They must be parked in the designated spaces or according to the Operator’s instructions.

It is prohibited to drive or park in unauthorized areas, sensitive natural environments, riparian buffer strips, wooded areas, closed roads, maintenance zones, or any other area not intended for this purpose.

Any vehicle parked in a dangerous or disruptive manner, blocking access, obstructing emergency services, or damaging the site may be subject to corrective measures, including a request for immediate relocation or, if necessary, towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, ATVs, motocross bikes, or other motorized recreational vehicles are permitted only if expressly authorized by the Operator for the site or campsite concerned.

11. Quiet Hours, Noise, and Peaceful Enjoyment

In order to preserve the peacefulness of the site, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

During this period, all activities must be carried out quietly. Conversations, movement, sounds, lights, equipment, and behaviour must be reduced so as not to disturb other users or compromise the tranquility of the site.

Any noise, physical, or visual nuisance is prohibited at all times. This includes, among other things, excessive music, shouting, disruptive behaviour, unauthorized gatherings, excessive lighting, inappropriate installations, unauthorized generators, noisy vehicles, or any use likely to disturb other users, compromise safety, harm the environment, or affect the rustic camping experience.

The Operator may require the immediate cessation of any nuisance and impose corrective measures, including expulsion without refund in the event of a significant or repeated breach.

12. Pets

Pets may be admitted only if authorized by the Operator and only on the campsites or in the areas designated for this purpose.

The client must declare the presence of any animal at the time of reservation or before arrival.

Animals must be supervised and kept under control at all times. They must not be left unattended, disturb other users, disturb wildlife, damage the site, soil the premises, or create a dangerous situation.

The owner or keeper of the animal is fully responsible for its behaviour, safety, waste, any damage caused, and any consequence related to its presence on the site.

The Operator may require the immediate removal of any animal deemed noisy, aggressive, dangerous, uncontrolled, disruptive, or incompatible with the safe and peaceful use of the site.

13. Waste, Cleanliness, Sanitary Facilities, and Respect for the Natural Environment

The client must keep their campsite clean at all times.

All waste, packaging, food scraps, containers, cigarette butts, cans, bottles, personal items, broken equipment, or other materials must be placed in the facilities provided for this purpose or taken back by the client when required.

No waste may be left on site, buried, burned, thrown into the woods, thrown into the water, abandoned on roads, or left in the natural environment.

Food waste must be managed so as not to attract animals.

Any campsite left dirty, damaged, or cluttered may result in cleaning, collection, restoration, or management fees, which may be retained from the security deposit or claimed from the reservation holder.

Users must use only designated sanitary facilities, where available. In the absence of sanitary facilities on the campsite, the client is responsible for providing a solution that is compliant, hygienic, and respectful of the environment.
